Entertainment licenses are required for any premises licensed for the sale of fermented malt beverages or intoxicating liquor where dancing by the public is conducted or permitted within the City of New Berlin.
Overview
Any alcohol-licensed premise that allows public dancing must obtain an Entertainment License in addition to its alcohol license.
