To apply for a permit, please visit the Department of Community Development, located on the second floor of City Hall:

Applications
The following items require a permit in the City of New Berlin:
- Culverts (PDF) (New, Replacement, and Temporary)
- Curb and Ditch
- Driveway Approaches (PDF) (Concrete and Asphalt)

Inspections
To schedule an inspection, call (262) 797-2445. Inspections must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Please check with City Staff for specific inspection requirements.
Inspections are required for the following projects:
- Culverts
- Curb and Ditch
- Driveway Approaches
- Grading and Erosion Control
