Pickleball

Check out the links and images below for a preview of all the current and upcoming Pickleball opportunities here in the City of New Berlin! If our fee-based structured Pickleball Programs don’t work with your schedule, or if you are looking to spend additional time on the courts, then be sure to stop by our 3 permanent Pickleball courts at Buena Park (16301 Coachlight Dr.)! Note 8 courts are striped at Valley View Park (5051 S. Sunnyslope Rd.) and 8 courts have been striped at Lions Park (14900 Overland Trl.) as of May 2024; both locations require users to bring their own nets.

There are a total of 9 Pickleball Courts at the Activity & Recreation Center (ARC) when the entire gym is dedicated solely to Pickleball. The structured programs operate like our outdoor program at Valley View Park which entails signing-up and paying a flat fee like any other class featured in our seasonal activity guides. Our program ambassadors are on-site to ensure things are running smoothly, ball and nets are provided, and courts may be designated for Competitive/Intermediate/Social Play as needed. Our "Open-Gym Pickleball" program times are only available to "Rec Pass" holders and are slightly less structured meaning that the nets are set-up, but balls are not provided, and the players are responsible for organizing themselves. There are Daily/Monthly/Annual Rec-Pass options which also grants pass holders access to our indoor walking track, a limited amount of fitness equipment (ellipticals, recumbent bikes, rowers, etc.) and "Open-Gym" Basketball or Volleyball times. For more information regarding "Rec Passes", Open Gym Schedules, or other information regarding Phase #2 of the New Berlin Activity and Recreation Center (ARC), please follow this link: New Berlin Activity & Recreation Center & Rec Passes.
