Continental Properties Neighborhood Plan/ Springs at New Berlin Apartments

This is an application for conceptual Use, Site, and Architectural review for a Neighborhood Plan located at 1750 S. Moorland Road. The development proposal includes the properties located along the east side of Moorland Road from Greenfield Avenue south to the New Berlin Recreational Trail. The proposal is for an overall Neighborhood Plan that includes approximately 5.4 acres of commercial development at the SE corner of Greenfield Avenue and Moorland Road with the remainder of the site (approximately 27.3 acres) developed as the ‘Springs at New Berlin’, a Class A, market rate apartment community featuring a clubhouse and pool as well as many other amenities.
