Welcome to the City of New Berlin's Report a Concern portal. This portal provides citizens with a means to quickly and easily report concerns related to the City's infrastructure. Your requests will automatically be logged and a notification will be sent to the appropriate department for review. In addition, you will receive an email confirmation that your submission has been received, as well as email updates as the issues is addressed.
Please use this portal to report NON-EMERGENCY concerns only. If the concern is an EMERGENCY CONDITION, please call 911 immediately.
